American Express has acquired reservation platform Resy
Resy spent five years building out a platform helping diners secure seats at some of the most coveted restaurants around the world while helping restaurateurs manage their dining rooms. The company is being acquired by American Express. Resy’s CEO and co-founder Ben Leventhal says the acquisition is a natural fit. Neither would disclose the terms of the deal.
