The ship has been held in quarantine in a Japanese port since 3 February. Out of 3,700 people on board, 218 have tested positive for the virus. US citizens will be offered seats on a government-chartered flight on Sunday, the US embassy in Tokyo said. Over 1,500 people have died from the virus, which originated in Wuhan city. China’s national health commission on Saturday reported 143 new deaths, bringing the toll to 1,523. All but four of the latest victims were in Hubei province. A further 2,641 people have been newly confirmed as infected, bringing the national total to 66,492.

FAYE SWETLIK DEATH IS LINKED TO A NEIGHBOR
The corpse of Coty Scott Taylor, 30, was found in his residence about 150 feet from the girl’s house, Cayce Department of Public Safety Sgt. Evan Antley told reporters Friday before releasing the frantic 911 call of Faye’s mother. Faye went missing Monday. Her body was found Thursday and identified by the coroner. Antley said investigators had spoken to Taylor, who had no criminal history and was unknown to law enforcement, soon after the girl went missing.

CHINESE GYMNASTS PULL OUT OF WORLD CUP IN AUSTRALIA DUE TO CORONAVIRUS TRAVEL BAN
The Chinese gymnastics team entered into next week’s World Cup in Melbourne has pulled out due to Australian government travel restrictions put in place to limit the coronavirus outbreak, organizers said on Saturday.The restrictions on foreign nationals traveling from China were introduced in early February and extended for another week on Thursday. The extension effectively rules out China’s participation at the Feb. 20-23 World Cup, which offers qualifying points for this year’s Tokyo Olympics.

In the middle of Kacie’s interview, a second woman called into the show and stated that she also had a similar hook up with Mayfield in a parking lot back in December of 2018 while he was engaged to be married.

POLICE OFFICER GUILTY OF FRAUD AFTER BEING CAUGHT BY OWN DASHCAM
A police officer who claimed his windscreen was smashed by falling debris was caught out after footage from his own dashcam revealed just a piece of polystyrene had missed his car. Mohammed Yasin Mulla, 38, submitted £10,000 worth of false insurance claims for repairs and personal injuries. The serving West Yorkshire Police officer said a piece of debris flew off the van in front of him on the M606 in Bradford, cracking his windscreen and damaging the bonnet and roof. He also claimed he suffered injuries to his neck and shoulders after he had to swerve and brake suddenly. But dashcam footage from his own car revealed a piece of polystyrene packaging flew towards his vehicle, and missed it.

The Crocs brand has been quite busy as of late, rolling out a list of wild collaborations including clogs inspired by the rock band KISS, Luke Combs, and Post Malone. Now, they’re moving onto fast food eateries, unveiling a pair of shoes decorated with deep fried chicken and a red and white KFC chicken bucket on the soles. According to Footwear News, global artist Me Love Me a Lot a.k.a. MLM, first showed up in the deep-fried crocs during NYFW. The collaboration consists of two versions of the shoe: one with a platform sole and another featuring the original low top crocs design. The KFC x Crocs collection is slated to launch later this spring and they’ll be offered in unisex sizes for $59.99.
