2007: Police in Hanover, Germany, were summoned to a house after neighbors were awakened by a loud noise. They found the 51-year-old resident of the home had become so frustrated with his computer that he threw it through his window. Officers asked the man to clean up the mess, but declined to press any charges. A police spokesman said of the incident, “Who hasn’t felt like doing that?”
