This week, the House Ethics Committee investigating Rep. Matt Gaetz has reached out to Joel Greenberg, a one-time close friend of Gaetz who was sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal charges. The Committee also reached out to other new witnesses, much to the disdain of Gaetz. My commentary goes into the basics of the probe, how the investigation may have had a hand in the ousting of Rep.
